Tax support

Preparer capacity that shows up before February, not during it.

Return preparation and workpaper organization for firms whose bottleneck is production, delivered by supervised preparers with a technical reviewer between them and your reviewer.

Scope

What the delivery team performs.

Production and organization work across individual and business returns. Complexity tiers, volumes, and turnaround are agreed before the season begins.

  • Individual and business return preparation
  • Tax workpaper organisation
  • Tax-document processing and source-document indexing
  • Book-to-tax adjustments
  • Extension and estimate support
  • Review-note resolution
  • Seasonal production capacity
  • Other approved federal or state work

Responsibility

Where our work stops and yours continues.

Signature, filing, positions taken on the return, and communication with the taxpayer remain with the U.S. CPA firm. Our teams prepare, organise, and resolve review notes.

Consent and disclosure obligations relating to taxpayer information — including engagement letter language covering the use of a service provider — remain the firm's own. We support that process and sign the terms your policy requires.

No confidential taxpayer data is ever requested or accepted through the public forms on this site. Documents move only through the secure environment agreed at workflow mapping.

Accountability

Named roles on every deliverable.

Owns the commercial relationship and the CPA firm's single point of contact.

Scope, cadence, escalation path, scaling decisions. Present before, during, and after the pilot.

Questions firms ask

Before the first engagement.

Who reviews and signs the returns?
Your firm. Preparation and workpaper support is delivered to your review standard; signature, filing decisions, and positions taken on the return remain with the U.S. firm.
Which tax software do your teams use?
Named products are published only after Shah Teelani confirms current team training and licensing. Software fit is confirmed directly during capacity discovery before any commitment is made.
How do you handle client consent under IRC §7216?
Disclosure of return information to a service provider is a matter for your firm's own consent and engagement-letter language. We support your process and will sign the confidentiality terms your policy requires.
Can a pod ramp for January to April only?
Yes. A seasonal capacity pod is trained ahead of the season, ramps on an agreed schedule, and stands down on an agreed date.
How is turnaround agreed?
Turnaround is written into the pilot scope with the complexity tiers it applies to. It is measured and reported through the agreed status cadence rather than promised in the abstract.
